Centrally located to all the ski resorts and one block off Main Street in Frisco, this wonderful 3 BR 3 BA home is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town. It is conveniently located one block away from the free Summit Stage bus stop, and close to the summit recreation path for cycling, walking and running; as well as trailheads for Mt Royal, Miners Creek Road, the Peaks Trail, Rainbow Lake and North Ten Mile.
Mt Royal Lodge offers two levels with plenty of space to get some downtime. The main floor contains a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area with seats for 6 (and more at the breakfast bar), laundry room, living area with large television, gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. One bedroom with a Queen Bed and large television is on the main floor. On the second level, the Primary suite has King bed plus an additional Twin bed with trundle bed. It also has a large television and spacious bath with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has another King bed plus Captain's Bunk (Twin over Full).
