Bedroom 2 is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a 2 Full size beds. There is a bathroom in the hall right outside of Bedroom 2 with granite counters and walk in shower.The condo has a washer dryer in the unit. Both bedrooms have TV.
The unit has a large private deck with table and seating for 4 people and stunning lake and mountain views. There is a one car garage and additional surface parking for one vehicle. The unit has free wifi and cable TV. Guests have access to the neighborhood private clubhouse which is just a short walk or drive from the unit. The clubhouse has a heated outdoor swimming pool, lounge and picnic area. The condo is on the free Summit Stage bus stop directly across the highway from the condo, less than 5 minute walk.
