Located in Silverthorne in the desirable Ponds neighborhood, this home is centrally located to all Summit County has to offer. Walk to hiking trails, the bike path, and the paved Blue River trail. Cuddle up next to the fireplace in the living room after a long day of skiing. With all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, this home's kitchen is fully equipped to provide hot home cooked meals. Only a short drive away from skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and all that Summit County has to offer. Located within 15 minutes drive to Keystone and Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to A Basin or Loveland,  and 25 minutes drive to Breckenridge ski resorts. 

The main level consist of the living room with gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area. There is a walk out patio off the dining area with lake views, and views of Angler Mountain. The laundry room is on the main level as well as gear storage. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The primary bedroom has direct lake views. This property is located on a quiet cu de sac at the end of the complex. There is a nice walking trail along the lake steps from the property. Moose, fox, and elk are frequent visitors to this area. Angler Mountain hiking trail is less than 5 minutes away. 

Sleep arrangements are as follows:
Primary: Queen bed, private bathroom with soaking tub
2nd bedroom: Queen bed, private full bathroom
3rd bedroom: Queen bed, private full bathroom

Although it is mentioned in reviews, please note that there is no longer a private hot tub at this property. 
2 outdoor parking spots in front of unit, and additional first come guest parking
